On 30 September 2021 Serbian Government adopted the ML NRA and TF NRA updates, ML and TF Risk Assessment for VA and VASPs, and Risk Assessment for the WMD Proliferation Financing. The risk assessments cover the period of three years (1 January 2018 – 31 December 2020). 

The Republic of Serbia Securities Commission adopted amendments to the Commission’s Rulebook on Fees. The amendments were published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No 92, on 22 September 2021, and shall come into force and become applicable on the eighth day following its publication in the Official Gazette, on 30 September 2021. The amendments to the Commission’s Rulebook on Fees include new schedule of fees for commodity exchanges and persons providing services in connection with digital assets.
