The Securities Commission has facilitated the procedure for filing annual reports for auditors. Electronic entry of information from the annual report through the Securities Commission Electronic Submissions Gateway was developed and launched for easy and quick electronic filing of regulated information. Audit firms and sole audit practitioners are required to file a report from Article 25 of the Audit Law, annually, by November 30th of the current year.

The Republic of Serbia Securities Commission has ascertained that Vladimir Petrović, a broker, violated the provisions of Article 180 of the Law on the Capital Market on client funds held on accounts, while providing investment services and performing investment activities.This represents a material and a serious violation of the Law on the Capital Market. 

World Investor Week (WIW) is a global campaign promoted by IOSCO to raise awareness about the importance of investor education and protection and highlight the various initiatives of securities regulators in these two critical areas. In October, IOSCO securities regulators and other IOSCO members on six continents will provide a range of activities, such as launching investor-focused communications and services, promoting contests to increase awareness of investor education initiatives, organizing workshops and conferences, and conducting local/national campaigns in their own jurisdictions. Jurisdictions can choose a week of October or November to promote financial and investor education.
