On April 16, 2025, the Securities Commission hosted a workshop dedicated to the drafting of ten rulebook proposals based on the Capital Market Law. The drafts were prepared by Prof. Dr. Nebojša Jovanović, project expert.
In light of the planned further harmonization of domestic legislation with EU law in the field of financial services (Chapter 9), the Commission organized this workshop with the support of the PLAC IV Project and initiated the development of several draft rulebooks.

The Chairman of the Securities Commission and the chief inspector of the Department for oversight of audit firms and licensed authorized auditors participated in the annual plenary meeting of the International Forum of Independent Audit Regulators (IFIAR), held in Berlin from April 7 to 10, 2025.

On april 3, 2025, a presentation of the results of the National Risk Assessment for Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing in the Republic of Serbia was held at the premises of the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia.

The results of the assessment, intended for capital market participants, were presented by Jelena Pantelić, Head of the Expert Team and Coordinator of the National Risk Assessment, and Goran Kuprešanin, Secretary of the Commission.

The goal of the presentation was to familiarize market participants with the key risks and recommendations for enhancing preventive measures in the area of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.
