On August 19, 2024, the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia issued a decision granting approval for the appointment of Mr. Lazo Ostojić as the Chief Executive Officer of the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
The new CEO will assume responsibility for leading the market organizer – the Belgrade Stock Exchange in accordance with the highest standards of professionalism.
The aforementioned leadership change at the market organizer is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen corporate governance and improve the efficiency of the capital market in the Republic of Serbia.
