The Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia hereby officially informs the public that, in accordance with the provisions of the Digital Assets Law, it has issued approval for the publication of a white paper to THE WALNUT ENTERPRISE DOO NOVI SAD. The aforementioned company primarily engages in the cultivation of pome and stone fruits, with a special emphasis on growing lateral varieties of walnuts, which are the subject of tokenization described in the approved white paper.
The approved white paper serves as a fundamental prerequisite for initiating a public offering of 4,400 TWE_R tokens, with a nominal value of 6,000 RSD per unit. The document contains all relevant information necessary for potential investors to make an informed decision regarding participation in the subject offering.
The TWE_R token is classified as a specific type of digital asset, more precisely as a digital token possessing characteristics of a financial instrument in the form of a dematerialized bond. Investors acquire rights to these tokens under conditions detailed in the white paper.
